BRUNEI

- Day 1 -
Brunei Darussalam, known as the Abode of Peace, located on the north coast of the island of Borneo, in Southeast Asia. It is completely surrounded by the state of Sarawak, Malaysia, and in fact it is separated into two parts by Limbang, which is part of Sarawak. Brunei has four districts which is Brunei Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong. With over 70% of its area still covered with virgin rainfirest, Brunei is marked under the must-visit country.

Tasek Lama


One of the oldest nature reserves in Bandar. It is just 15 minutes stroll from Lapau. Provide with trails that leads to a natural waterfall and lake. It is also a place where the locals go for a jog or hike. With a pleasent surroundings, it can surely calms the eyes and the heart.

Poboscis Monkey Tour



This tour is the most popular, consists of a leisurely cruise through the mangroves in search of the wild Proboscis Monkey, known to oly be seen in Borneo. Selirong Island




A little mangrove island with a 2, 5666ha in area, situated just cear of Brunei Bay. This island was the source of much of the timber used for piling in building homes. Wild animals are also found there. A long walkway is provided for easy walking and therefore it is easy to witness the flora and fauna that Slirong can only provide.

Seri Kenangan Beach


Situated in the district of Tutong, one of the popular recreation area with a magical effect created by a narrow spit of land that seperates the mirror-smooth Tutong River and the South China Sea. Restaurants, Chalets, Playgroud and Food Stalls are also available there.

Merimbun Heritage Park


Nature Lovers can really appreciate what this heritage park provides. With jungle tracks and the peaceful ambience that surrounds the Brunei's largest lake, the Tasek Merimbun. This park provides a safe haven for protected wildlife including animals and plants. The main reason is to breed, preserve and protect the flora and fauna. It is also a place for the local to have their picnic or just rest and view the amazing scenery. Appropriate ammenities are provided in the park.

Labi Long House

It is a village under one roof, this longhouse consists of a single shed-like structure divided along its length into seperate family lodgings. The residence of this longhouse is the Ibans, one of the seven tribes in Brunei. Iban were once feared as they are known as the head-hunters of Borneo, but nowadays visitors are warmly welcomed.

Ulu Temburong National Park




A steep, swampy terrain and has a limited human impact. Provided with forest trails thorugh the park, include 7km of wooden walkways that protect ground vegetation and prevent erosion. The park also include a canopy walkway that affords visitors an opportunity to observe the rainforest's diverse treetop ecosystems.Facilities that are provided are Surau, toilets and staff headquaters.


MIRI, SARAWAK

- Day 3 -

Miri is a city located i the northern Sarawak, Malaysia, on the island of Borneo. With a population of about 300,000 people, makes it the second largest city in Sarawak. Miri is also the main tourist gateway, known for its exotic surroundings.

Miri Bulatan Park

Situated at the Miri-pujut road, Bulatan Park is popular among the locals for evening strolls, jogging, boat pedaling and relaxing. The park has a clock tower, fish fountain, man-made lake, children playground and other landscaping which add colours to the park.

Crocodile Farm



Located near the kuala baram ferry terminal, it is the first and the largest Crocodile Farm in the northern region of Sarawak. Witness more than 1,000 salt and fresh water crocodiles in a 22 acres landscaped setting with natural breeding enclosures and man-made sanctuary ponds. You also have the chance to feed the crocodiles with your own hand with safety supervision.

Lambir National Park


Situated about 25km from Miri, Sarawak in Malaysia. It is a small park but an important one,
Consist of 1175 different species, this park had may birds and small mammal species, also large mammals such as gibbon and sun bear. The National Park holds the greatest variety of plants in the world. A walk along the trail from the entrance to the Latak Waterfall, shows an introduction to this statement. Some of the outstanding plants have been labelled.

Niah Caves National Park

Located within the district of Miri in Sarawak, Malaysia. This Park's attraction is focused on the main cave, which is the Niah Great Cave, located in Gunung Subis and made up of several voluminous, high-ceilinged chambers. it is consider one of the largest in the world, dating back some 40,000 years.The Great Cave lies in a large limestone block, about a kilometer long in general north to south direction and about half a kilometer wide. The whole "Gunung Subis Limestone Complex" lies some 17 kilometers inland from the South China Sea coast and about 65 kilometers south west of the town Miri. It has a heart shaped measuring five kilometers from its northern tip to the south and four kilometers across.




SINGAPORE

- Day 5 -


Singapore, is an island located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. Lies 137 kilometres north of the equator, south of the Malaysian state of Johor and north of Indonesia's Riau Islands. Singapore is one of three remaining true city-states in the world. It is the smallest nation in Southeast Asia.

Agricultural farms


It is the largest Agricultural Farms situated in the north-western part of Singapore, which occupies 858 hectares and about 16 times the size of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, rearing fish and goats can be seen growing in this farm. Some farmers in this area enjoy showcasing their farms to visitors and have come together to form an association called Kranji Countryside to raise public awareness and appreciation for this nature-based asset of Singapore.

Bukit Tiamah Nature Reserve





Only 12 kilometres from the city, this lush 164-hectare reserve contains more species of trees than the entire North American continent. Enjoy trekking through the jungle via well-marked paths and look out for exotic birds, butterflies, monkeys, squirrels and flying lemurs, as well as unique plantlife like the insect-eating pitcher plant, or you could just hike up to Bukit Timah Hill with its highest point at 164 metres above sea level.

Located off the East Coast Parkway, the beach and landscaped terrains make East Coast Park a weekend favourite for Singaporeans. Work up your sweat with bikes or on rollerblades, readily available for hire. The Singapore Zoo


Formerly known as the Singapore Zoological Gardens, this zoo displays animals in the open. Residents of the animal kingdom roam spaciously in landscaped enclosures, but not to worry, these ferocious animals are safely kept in a landscaped glass-fronted enclosures.Of over more than 3,200 mammals, birds and reptiles, is living in this spectacular zoo. Be entertained by white tigers, elephants, baboons, polar bears, reptiles and of course, the infamous Orangutan. You can even have breakfast and feast with the animals, such as the Oriental Otter or even the reticulated python.

Kent Ridge Park


Nature lovers will certainly enjoy the Kent Ridge Park, offering you the most magnificent views of the off-shore islands such as the Pulau Duran Darat. With nature trail, invite yourselves for a 280 metres long canopy walk. This bridge is linked to Kent Ridge Park and to the museum, Reflections of Bukit Chandu, which also caters to the elderly and physically challenged. You will see sunbirds, doves, squirrels, and lizards. Interestingly pitcher plants and wild orchids are also found along the trail, and don't forget the natural pond filled with turtles and fish, such as the Japanese Koi.

Night Safari




The Night Safari is the first wildlife park built especially to be viewed at night. It occupies 40 hectares of land, with some free ranging animals from South America and other parts of Asia, such as the Indian rhinoceros to tarsiers. Animals are separated from visitors with natural barriers replicating the animal's native habitat. A total of 920 animals are found in the park, of which 30% of the animals are endangered species. Guest should not miss the daily night animal show at the entrance. You will certainly experience an interesting night out at the Night Safari.

Istana Nurul Iman




The official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah. This palace is located on the banks of the Brunei River, south of Bandar Seri Begawan. It is known as the largest residential palace in the world, with 1, 788 roooms, 257 bathrooms and amenities that includes 5 swimming pools and 110 car garage. People can just view and witness this spectacular palace from the outside gate and only be enter during Hari Raya festivals to greet and meet the Royal Families.

Situted on the banks of the Kianggeh River. You will find a variety of local products, including medicinal herbs and local delecacies. Other local products that aro sold in the 'tamu' is the tudong dulang also known as the decorative food cover, pamarang 'machete-like knife' and local foods like kuih cincin and kuih jala.
